  • Collaborate with divisional heads to refine and implement effective marketing strategies and provide guidance on best practices;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal processes across various departments;
  • Assistance to regions in forming a marketing team;
  • Assist divisions in polishing their brand marketing strategies;
  • Audit divisional reporting and identify areas for improvement;
  • Present marketing results and strategies to the board and other stakeholders;
  • Participate in the formation of regions business plans;
  • Create and manage the team.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing or analytics in marketing direction;
  • 2+ years of experience in a manager position;
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance;
  • Experience with Gambling or high-risk niches;
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies;
  • Experience with conducting audit of marketing processes will be a plus;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Experience in international markets and understanding of cultural nuances;
  • Experience with Asia, Africa, and Latam markets will be a plus.
