Job summary

HRK S.A. in Warszawa is seeking an experienced HR leader to head the HR Shared Services function in an international service environment, combining team leadership, service delivery management and the ongoing development of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead the Shared Services team, ensure timely delivery of operational HR services, drive process improvement and standardisation, and collaborate with local HR, IT and other functions to support scalable HR services across

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services in a service-oriented environment.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Proven experience in leading, motivating and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of operational HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center, business services organization or international company.
• Experience in process improvement, transformation, standardisation or change management.
• Interest in HR technology, digitalisation and automation.
• Ability to cooperate with stakeholders across functions, countries and levels.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the HR Shared Services team.
• Ensure efficient, timely and consistent delivery of HR services.
• Oversee quality and effectiveness of services for employees and stakeholders.
• Define priorities, set objectives and monitor performance against quality indicators.
• Analyse results and identify efficiency and employee experience improvements.
• Support development and scalability of the HR service model.
• Lead transformation, optimisation and process-improvement initiatives.
• Promote standardisation and harmonisation of HR processes.
• Collaborate with local HR, IT and other functions.
• Identify opportunities to digitalise and automate operational HR activities.
• Prepare management reports and recommendations on service delivery and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
