Job summary

Ascential Technologies | Ascential Care is seeking an experienced technical training leader to develop and scale a global training academy for our field service teams and customers. The role combines strategy, operations, digital learning and commercial development to deliver consistent, scalable technical competencies, training delivery and certification across international markets.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing technical training programs or technical academies.
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery, preferably industrial automation.
• Experience supporting technical service teams, field engineers, technicians or customer-facing technical organizations.
• Ability to design scalable training frameworks, including competency development and certification.
• Familiarity with digital learning technologies and learning management systems.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how training can contribute to customer value and service business growth.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced technical training leader to develop and scale a global training academy supporting our field service teams and customers.

This role combines technical training strategy, operational excellence, digital learning and commercial development. You will help build a consistent, scalable approach to technical competencies, training delivery and certification across international markets.

Location and Working Model

The role can be based in Poland, Germany, Belgium or Italy, preferably within reasonable proximity to an Ascential Technologies facility.

The working arrangement will be discussed based on the selected location and business needs. Close collaboration with operational teams and an appropriate on-site presence will be particularly important during the initial phase of the role, with flexibility evolving as the function develops.

International travel is expected to account for approximately 25% of working time, primarily within Europe, with occasional trips to the United States.
