Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. Warsaw is seeking a dynamic Leader for Static Data Onboarding to manage fund data, regulatory data, and fund documentation services. You will lead a team, ensure data quality, and drive automation and improvements while coordinating with asset managers and data suppliers.

The role emphasizes data onboarding, supplier relationships, and continuous service enhancements in a fast‑paced financial environment. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fund data and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in Asset Management, Fund Administration, or Data Management.
• Proven experience in supplier management and data onboarding.
• Demonstrated leadership with focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• lead, coach, and develop a team of data specialists.
• oversee onboarding, maintenance, and distribution of fund data and documents.
• ensure data quality and act as the escalation point for complex issues.
• manage relationships with asset managers, key data suppliers, and external partners.
• coordinate data onboarding, mapping enhancements and upgrades and supplier feed upgrades.
• drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
• support product enhancements and regulatory change implementation.
