Dyson is seeking a Head of Solution Architecture to set the vision for enterprise architecture and drive the roadmap for scalable, secure platforms. You will align technology with business goals and champion responsible AI and automation across the organization.

You’ll lead governance boards, mentor teams, and partner with IT, product, engineering, and data leaders to ensure future-proof architectures and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Strategic enterprise architect with TOGAF experience.
• Proven governance of large-scale platforms (CRM, Commerce, Integration, Data).
• Strong knowledge of AI, automation, and data architecture.
• Experience leading architectural governance and technology selection.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve the enterprise architecture framework.
• Architect platform strategies incorporating AI, automation, and data-driven services.
• Lead governance boards, balancing innovation with governance and cost.
• Guide technology selection and ensure secure integration with core systems.
• Mentor and develop the team, fostering learning and innovation.
• Engage stakeholders and translate complex tech issues into actionable insights.
• Ensure smooth delivery of tech projects across teams.
