Grid Dynamics in Warsaw seeks a Lead AI Software Engineer to own the technical direction of an enterprise AI platform for a fintech client, delivering single-tenant cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will guide the team, shape architecture, and drive distributed systems work with security and compliance in mind.

You will mentor senior engineers, write high-quality Python code, design multi-tenant data isolation, and collaborate with Forward Deployment to ensure secure, scalable

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of teams in senior roles on complex distributed systems or AI projects.
• Experience shipping LLM-based applications at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers, establishing technical standards and code reviews.
• Own the end-to-end platform architecture including agent orchestration, RAG, observability, identity, and authorization.
• Design data isolation and IAM for single-tenant cloud installs and multi-tenant expansion.
• Architect integrations with multi-tenant SSO (WorkOS) and policy engines (Cerbos).
• Lead technical work on distributed systems edge cases, performance tuning, and security architecture; write Python code.
