Danone is seeking a Head of Engineering for its Dairy facility in Bieruń. You will lead the plant engineering team, oversee all capital projects, ensure safety and quality, and align with regional engineering to execute strategic initiatives.

This role drives technical execution, budget stewardship, and master planning. The ideal candidate brings extensive dairy/process engineering experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on safety and performance.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• 8–10 years of experience, including 5 years in engineering.
• Previous people management experience.
• Experience in integrated automation and controls.
• Experience in dairy/beverage manufacturing preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead project execution for processing, packaging, building, and utilities.
• Align project priorities with cross-functional plant leadership.
• Create technical specifications, preliminary budgets and project justification.
• Collaborate with CAPEX analyst and plant controller on budgets.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams of engineering project managers and engineers.
• Develop tender documents and support bidding processes.
• Coordinate with regional engineering and procurement teams on priorities and contracts.
• Maintain and implement Danone standards and provide technical leadership.
• Develop capabilities within the engineering team.
• Occasional travel for project needs.
• Develop and update the site masterplan.
