Job summary

Meniga Ltd in Poland seeks a Head of Engineering to lead a 27-engineer organization across five teams, reporting to the CTO. You will drive end-to-end delivery, owning both operation and client outcomes as the platform migrates from on-prem to cloud.

The role requires technical credibility, experience at scale, and a strong AI-native approach to tooling, testing, and automation across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering at scale with real production delivery.
• Ability to read architecture and challenge poor decisions.
• Comfort with client escalations and board reviews.
• AI-focused approach to tooling and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery from roadmap to production.
• Translate business commitments into engineering execution.
• Embed AI across the SDLC with full automation goals.
• Build an engineering org capable of regulated, on-premise to cloud delivery.
• Partner with CTO, Product, and Commercial in client engagements.
