• Proven track record running engineering at scale with real production impact.
• End-to-end ownership from roadmap to production outcomes.
• Ability to read and critique architecture and drive strong technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering delivery end-to-end to production at the bank.
• Remove blockers and ensure commitments land as promised.
• Lead a transformed engineering org capable of on-prem to cloud delivery.
• Hire and grow engineers to meet high-stakes client requirements.
• Collaborate with CTO, Product and Commercial; represent engineering in escalations.
