Dandelion Health Inc, a health‑tech frontier company, seeks a senior commercial leader to own the AI developer business across the AHA AI TORCH, training partnerships, and the Clinical AI Marketplace. You will drive revenue targets and build the developer network and operational infra to turn deals into durable growth.

You will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and work cross‑functionally with engineering, data science, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Formación

• 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development or partnerships with AI developers or healthcare data products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a robust pipeline.
• Strong understanding of AI development, medical devices and digital health industries.
• Experience working with healthcare data (structured, unstructured, imaging, waveforms) and credibility with ML teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to engage senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow Dandelion's AI developer business across all lines.
• Build a strong pipeline of AI developers for AI TORCH and guide clients through the process.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers in AI development, medical devices and digital health.
• Recruit, contract, and onboard AI developers into the Clinical AI Marketplace with revenue-focused structuring.
• Foster long-lasting relationships with developer clients and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, data and engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience and go-to-market strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.
• Stay informed on clinical AI landscape, regulatory and payer requirements to guide strategy.
• Represent Dandelion Health at industry events and networking opportunities.
