The Warsaw team is CoreWeave’s EMEA hub for Hardware Compute, focusing primarily on CoreWeave Omni-our model for deploying and operating the CoreWeave Cloud Platform inside customer- and partner-owned data centres. We build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure behind high-density GPU systems, where thermal design, CDU integration, and cooling telemetry are first-class engineering challenges across diverse facility water loops and vendor configurations.
As a Hardware Engineer, Liquid Cooling, you will own liquid cooling infrastructure from the rack to the facility interface. In this hands-on role spanning engineering and operational support, you will automate the liquid cooling hardware lifecycle, develop hardware management services, and build monitoring systems for pumps, valves, and sensors. You will partner with facilities teams, server OEMs, and cooling vendors to qualify platforms, resolve RMA issues, and troubleshoot production thermal events down to root cause. Additionally, you will serve as the regional escalation point for thermal issues across EMEA and APAC, participate in an on-call rotation, and feed operational insights back into system automation and design improvements.

We're hiring across multiple levels. Typical cash compensation ranges from ~240,000-360,000 PLN , with additional performance based bonus & equity that can significantly increase total compensation. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
