The Warsaw team is CoreWeave's EMEA hub for Hardware Compute, with a primary focus on CoreWeave Omni-our model for deploying and operating the CoreWeave Cloud Platform inside customer- and partner-owned data centres. In an Omni deployment, the customer owns the facility and the physical hardware while CoreWeave delivers and operates the platform and managed services around it, making thermal design, CDU integration, and cooling telemetry first-class engineering challenges across diverse facility water loops and vendor configurations.
As a Hardware Engineer, Liquid Cooling, you will own liquid cooling infrastructure from the rack to the facility interface, balancing hands‑on engineering with operational support. You will automate the liquid cooling hardware lifecycle, develop hardware/firmware management services, and build monitoring, alerting, and control systems for pumps, valves, and flow/temperature sensors. Working closely with data centre facilities teams, server OEMs, and cooling vendors, you will qualify new platforms, resolve RMA and quality issues, and troubleshoot live production thermal events down to root cause. Additionally, you will serve as the regional escalation point across EMEA and APAC, participate in an on‑call rotation, and feed operational insights back into platform automation and design improvements.
We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams—even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match.
You love to: Solve problems at the boundary between hardware, software, and physical data centre buildings while automating thermal management workflows.
