The Warsaw team is CoreWeave’s EMEA hub for Hardware Compute, focusing primarily on CoreWeave Omni—our model for deploying and operating the CoreWeave Cloud Platform inside customer- and partner-owned data centres. We build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure behind high-density GPU systems, where GPU health, diagnostics, and interconnect telemetry are first-class engineering challenges across diverse hardware platforms and vendor configurations.
As a Hardware Engineer, GPU Infrastructure, you will own GPU and interconnect health across the fleet, combining hands‑on engineering with operational support. You will automate GPU diagnostics, develop monitoring and alerting systems, and build playbooks to make GPU and PCIe failures detectable and actionable. Partnering with data centre operations teams, server OEMs, and vendors such as NVIDIA, you will lead deep root‑cause analysis across hardware, firmware, drivers, and PCIe topologies to drive long‑term fixes. Additionally, you will serve as the regional escalation point for GPU issues across EMEA and APAC, support new region bring‑ups, participate in an on‑call rotation, and feed operational insights back into automation and platform design.

We’re hiring across multiple levels. Typical cash compensation ranges from ~262,000–350,000 PLN , with additional performance based bonus & equity that can significantly increase total compensation. The starting salary will be determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
