We are currently looking for a Hardware Engineer to join our team in Gdańsk. In this role, you will be part of our local engineering team, working on fire system modules like detectors, panels and loop drivers. You will support projects focused on developing new systems from scratch, contributing to Autronica’s mission of designing fire protection systems for the maritime, energy, and land sectors—work that truly saves lives and makes an impact.
As a Hardware Engineer, we expect you to be an independent contributor with high focus on your assignments, which is ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic products. You’ll combine hands‑on testing with design work, collaborating with senior engineers to shape innovative systems. The role involves practical work in our internal labs, close teamwork with cross‑functional teams, and coordination with external test labs.
You are a curious, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented engineer with a passion for new technology. You enjoy solving problems, collaborating with international teams, and exceeding customer expectations. With a hands‑on mindset, you are comfortable setting up and troubleshooting hardware tests and have a solid understanding of electronics and lab processes.
