Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions in Gdańsk (Hybrid) is seeking a Hardware Engineer to support existing intrusion security systems, design new hardware, and drive cost-effective improvements across the product lifecycle.

The role focuses on analog/digital hardware, VE initiatives, and collaboration with global R&D and manufacturing teams. A technical degree and hands-on electronics experience are required; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in product and/or mixed-signal electronic design.
• Strong hands-on skills with oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers.
• Ability to analyze designs and propose robust, production-ready solutions.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining features and functionality of intrusion system products.
• Design electronic devices (schematics and PCB layouts) and select components.
• Bring up and debug hardware, run qualification tests, and document results.
• Sustain and improve existing products via VE and sustaining engineering.
