Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of total software engineering experience
• 8+ years in engineering leadership positions (Director/Head of Engineering)
• Hands-on leadership with active coding and system design
• Delivery track record directing large-scale technical transformations
• Team-building, coaching, and career development experience
• Architectural judgment in distributed systems and performance constraints
• Business acumen to translate roadmaps into executive value

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product codebase and core architecture
• Define, refine and execute product and technical roadmap with product management
• Champion AI-assisted development workflows and tooling standards
• Ensure quality, security, and performance across high-throughput backend services
• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic engineering programs
• Lead cross-functional governance and decision-making processes
• Recruit, mentor and scale a world-class engineering team
• Align engineering with executive priorities and resource allocation
