Job summary

Infinity Quest Limited in Poland seeks an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines in a GxP-regulated environment. The role involves integrating SAP, LIMS and MES data sources, building automated ETL/ELT workflows and delivering reliable data solutions using Snowflake, Apache Airflow and dbt, while upholding ALCOA+ and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing scalable data pipelines in regulated environments.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Airflow and dbt for ETL/ELT workflows.
• Knowledge of SAP, LIMS and MES data sources; compliance with ALCOA+ and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Build and optimise data transformations using SQL and Python.
• Manage workflow orchestration, CI/CD, version control and automated testing.
• Implement data quality, monitoring, lineage and governance controls.
• Ensure compliance with ALCOA+ principles and regulatory requirements.
• Optimise pipeline performance, reliability and cost.
