Job summary

Infinity Quest Limited in Poland seeks an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines in a GxP-regulated environment. Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing scalable data pipelines in regulated environments.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Airflow and dbt for ETL/ELT workflows.
• Knowledge of SAP, LIMS and MES data sources; compliance with ALCOA+ and 21 CFR Part 11.

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines within a global, GxP-regulated environment. The role involves integrating data from SAP, LIMS and MES systems, building automated ETL/ELT workflows, and delivering reliable data solutions using modern cloud data engineering technologies.

• Develop and orchestrate automated batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Build and optimise data transformations using SQL and Python.
• Implement data models following dimensional and medallion architecture.
• Manage workflow orchestration, CI/CD, version control and automated testing.
• Implement data quality, monitoring, lineage and governance controls.
• Ensure compliance with ALCOA+ principles and 21 CFR Part 11 / EMA regulatory requirements.
• Optimise pipeline performance, reliability and cost.
• Strong experience in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT and Data Modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Apache Airflow and dbt.
• Knowledge of Talend and Amazon S3.
• Experience with GitLab, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Understanding of data quality, lineage and observability tools such as Collibra.
