Job summary

Grid Dynamics in Kraków is seeking a Data Engineer to join a data initiative within the GPO domain for a global medical technology leader. You will build pipelines that produce validated partner files and contribute to a longer-term data architecture.

You'll work with data owners, architects and governance teams, implementing quality checks, lineage and governance as the project moves from discovery to delivery and iteration. Knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, dbt and Informatica is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data engineering on cloud platforms.
• Experience with AWS (Glue) and Snowflake.
• Proficient with dbt and Informatica for data integration.
• Experience with SAP ECC / S4 and Master Data (MDM).
• Experience building data quality checks and file-based integrations with partners.

Responsibilities

• Source Analysis & Discovery of enterprise data sources and governance limits.
• Build and maintain pipelines on AWS (Glue), Snowflake, Informatica and dbt to produce validated GHX files.
• Implement data quality checks and validation views; support downstream Tableau validation.
• Collaborate with data owners, architects and governance teams; contribute to code quality.
• Evolve the solution from discovery to delivery with emphasis on data quality, lineage and ownership.
