Girteka Group in Poland is seeking a Guarantee Document Specialist to coordinate warranty repairs, process maintenance requests, and manage related documentation for trucks and semi-trailers. You will work with warranty and workshop teams to ensure accurate records and timely technical support.

The role requires understanding of trucks and trailers, proficiency with MS Office, basic SAP knowledge, and English at B1/B2. probation period salary 7,000 PLN and 9,000 PLN after completion.

Qualificações

• Technical understanding of the design and components of trucks and semi-trailers.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Experience working with invoices.
• English language proficiency at B1/B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Process warranty repairs in Polservice via the manufacturer's website, tracking invoices, spare parts, and all related documentation.
• Process technical maintenance requests for semi-trailer refrigeration units and trucks via the manufacturer's website.
• Register new trailers equipped with Thermo King refrigeration units for warranty coverage on a weekly basis.
• Remove sold trailers equipped with Thermo King refrigeration units from the warranty register on a weekly basis.
• Issue DVS certificates for trucks operating on routes to Great Britain.
• Perform temperature mapping of semi-trailers equipped with various refrigeration units upon request.
• Assist the Warranty Manager with routine maintenance and warranty repairs in the engine workshop.
• Support Shift Managers with warranty repairs by providing technical advice, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance in resolving technical issues.

About the role

The salary will be PLN 7,000 gross per month during the probation period , increasing to PLN 9,000 gross per month after successfully completing the probation period
