Job summary

Girteka is seeking a Driver Trainer to train and assess drivers, improving skills and compliance with international transport rules. The role emphasizes economical driving, rest-time regulations, and documentation, with ongoing development of training materials.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C+E driving licence.
• Three years of experience driving Category C+E on international routes or three years in road transport or driver training.
• Strong presentation and audience management skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Russian, English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training in accordance with professional driver training programs.
• Deliver theoretical and practical driver training in line with internal programs.
• Assess newly hired drivers and existing employees.
• Provide recommendations to improve drivers’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and update training materials and methodologies.
• Advise drivers on economical driving, working/rest-time regulations, documentation, and other relevant matters.

About The Role

The Driver Trainer is responsible for training and assessing new and existing drivers in accordance with approved theoretical and practical training programs. The role involves improving drivers’ professional skills, promoting safe and economical driving practices, and advising on international transport regulations, drivers’ working and rest times, and required documentation. The trainer also contributes to the continuous improvement of training methods and programs.

What you will do:

• Conduct training in accordance with professional driver training programs.
• Deliver theoretical and practical driver training in accordance with the training center’s approved internal programs.
• Assess newly hired drivers and existing employees.
• Provide recommendations for improving drivers’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and contribute to the development and updating of training materials and methodologies.
• Advise drivers on economical driving, working and rest-time regulations, documentation requirements, and other relevant matters.

What we expect from you:

• Valid Category C+E driving licence.
• At least three years of experience driving Category C+E vehicles on international routes, or at least three years of experience in road transport or driver training.
• Strong presentation and audience management skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Russian, English and Polish.

Base salary:

PLN 7,780-9,780, with the final offer depending on the candidate’s experience.
