Job summary

Girteka Group in Poznań, Poland, is seeking a Guarantee Document Specialist to coordinate warranty repairs, process maintenance requests, and manage related documentation for trucks and semi-trailers.

You will work with warranty and workshop teams to ensure accurate records, timely support, and efficient processes, including DVS certificates for UK routes.

Qualifications

• Experience handling invoices and documentation accurately.
• Basic English (B1/B2) for technical communication.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warranty repairs and document technical maintenance requests.
• Manage warranty documentation for trucks and semi-trailers.
• Register new trailers with Thermo King units for warranty coverage weekly.
• Remove sold trailers from warranty register weekly.
• Issue DVS certificates for trucks operating to Great Britain.
• Conduct temperature mapping of refrigerated trailers upon request.
• Support Warranty Manager with routine maintenance and repairs.
• Assist Shift Managers with technical advice and troubleshooting.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating warranty repairs, processing technical maintenance requests, and managing related documentation for trucks and semi-trailers. You will work closely with warranty and workshop teams to ensure accurate documentation, efficient processes, and timely technical support.

What you will do:

• Process warranty repairs in Polservice via the manufacturer's website, tracking invoices, spare parts, and all related documentation.
• Process technical maintenance requests for semi-trailer refrigeration units and trucks via the manufacturer's website.
• Register new trailers equipped with Thermo King refrigeration units for warranty coverage on a weekly basis.
• Remove sold trailers equipped with Thermo King refrigeration units from the warranty register on a weekly basis.
• Issue DVS certificates for trucks operating on routes to Great Britain.
• Perform temperature mapping of semi-trailers equipped with various refrigeration units upon request.
• Assist the Warranty Manager with routine maintenance and warranty repairs in the engine workshop.
• Support Shift Managers with warranty repairs by providing technical advice, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance in resolving technical issues.

What we expect from you:

• Technical understanding of the design and components of trucks and semi-trailers.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working with invoices.
• English language proficiency at B1/B2 level.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

The salary will be PLN 7,000 gross per month during the probation period , increasing to PLN 9,000 gross per month after successfully completing the probation period
