Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Poznań, Poland, is seeking a GSP Master Data Specialist to join the Master Data GOT team. You will build data governance, maintain master data, and collaborate across international teams to optimize procurement processes.

You bring 5+ years in data analytics, strong Master Data knowledge (Vendor/Material), SAP and Power BI skills, and excellent English. The role offers a permanent contract after probation in a Danish-founded company with a people-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, digital solutions and/or procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent written and spoken English in a professional business environment; international experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Master Data Objects, particularly Vendor and Material Master Data.

Responsibilities

• Building Data Governance for Master Data objects within Group Operations and Technology.
• Analyzing existing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Designing new workflows, procedures, and manuals.
• Collaborating with GSP members to improve procurement processes.
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through validation and cleaning.
• Identifying and eliminating duplicate data entries to reduce errors and enhance reliability.
• Creating visual representations of data to effectively convey information.
• Facilitating understanding of procurement metrics through data analysis.
• Managing and maintaining procurement master data.
• Monitoring processes, collecting feedback, and tracking performance for long-term improvements.
• Creating and updating process manuals and documentation of procurement tools and methodologies.
• Generating regular reports and sharing key findings with stakeholders.
• Organizing training sessions and knowledge-sharing for the procurement team.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to align procurement master data activities with organizational goals.
• Participating in cross-functional projects and providing procurement data insights.
