Job summary

Rockwool Group is seeking a Master Data Trainee based in our Poznań Office. If you are a motivated student looking to start a career in data management within a global company, we want to meet you.

As a member of the MD Business Partners Team, you will learn how master data supports day-to-day operations, gain SAP experience, and contribute to accurate customer master data while collaborating across markets.

Qualifications

• Current student status and willingness to dedicate 25–30h/week
• Enrolled in Master’s study or final year of Bachelor with at least one year remaining
• Fluent English and professional communication across diverse stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and internal controls

Responsibilities

• Analyze, complete and create master data in SAP to support daily operations
• Resolve basic operational data issues reported by local teams
• Collaborate with other business units to fix master data issues promptly
• Support calls to suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Understand impacts to the system landscape and participate in improvements

As a member of MD Business Partners Team, you willbe responsible forthe database of our customers. Thanks to your input, well-maintained,up-to-dateandaccuratebusiness partners master data can significantly improve the business operations. You will have an opportunity to know the process within few markets and help us to propose the best standards. Remember – Master Data is not just aboutmaintainingdata! We will be happy to show you all the insights from our work.

What you will be doing:

• Analysing,completingand creating new master data and change requests in SAP system to support day to day business operations;
• Resolving basic operational issues reported by local organizations on daily basis;
• Cooperation with other business teams to address and resolve master data issuesin a timely manner;
• Supporting the team with the calls to suppliers;
• Understanding the ‘holistic picture’ and recognizing and understanding any impacts to system landscape;
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring:

• Current student status;
• You have just started your master’s studies or are in the final year of your bachelor’s degree - you must have a minimum of one year of study ahead of you;
• Fluent English
• communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively across diverse stakeholder groups;
• Availability to work min. 25-30h/week ;
• Familiarity with MS Excel andSAP(all nice to have);
• Risk and results oriented with focus on internal controls;
• Analytical skills and strong attention to details.
