CIB Banking Transformation & Performance is responsible for world-class strategic transformation of CIB Banking through smart execution. We act as strategic partners to business and create world class digital capabilities that enable HSBC CIB Banking to digitize at scale and simplify the lives of our colleagues & customers.
We are a team of ~500 globally and over 40 in Poland, driving design, business change, product ownership, simplification and automation across CIB Banking Value Streams (Client Onboarding and Servicing, Global Payment Solutions, Global Trade & Receivables Finance, Capital Markets, Sustainability, Platforms & Regulatory programmes).
The purpose of this role is to successfully shape and execute against CIB Banking’ global strategic change agenda. Strategic Business Change Managers will collaborate with CMB & GB Business to successfully deliver Change The Bank (CTB) programmes to digitize our products, propositions and internal processes. They will have proven experience of successfully shaping and executing against the overall programme Objectives & Key Results (OKRs). They will be responsible for the timely and high quality delivery of programmes, adhering to HSBC core practices & frameworks (Change Framework, Value Streams, Agile). They will be responsible for managing programme outcomes, costs, headcount, risks and issues and will work to ensure benefits and values are realised.
