Sollers Consulting is seeking a Sales Operations and Marketing Coordinator to bolster our North America presence from Warsaw. You will work closely with sales, marketing, product teams, and North America leadership to execute strategies, support business development, and drive growth.

You will coordinate sales operations, manage the pipeline, and translate global marketing into effective local campaigns while supporting events and stakeholder engagement.

• Sales Operations: Provide operational support and facilitate Business Development processes.
• Sales Pipeline Coordination: Track leads in CRM, follow up, maintain contacts, forecast and report.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Coordinate between sales, marketing and product teams for aligned strategies.
• Client Engagement and Follow-Up: Support Account Management with key account planning and customer communication.
• Marketing Operations: Translate global strategy to local campaigns and coordinate brand activities.
• Event Management: Plan and participate in external and internal events and identify future prospects.
