Circle is seeking a Growth Lead for Discover, a fully remote role open to candidates in any North American time zone. You will own the growth engine for the Discover marketplace, driving traffic, engagement, and GMV while collaborating with product, media, data, and design teams.

You will run experiments, build lifecycle email programs, and develop an SEO strategy to scale organic reach. This role requires strong English communication, marketplace understanding, and hands-on leadership in a

• Track record of owning a revenue/GMV number across multiple channels.
• Experience building and optimizing email/Lifecycle marketing programs from scratch.
• Experience acquiring email subscribers and growing their value over time.

Responsabilidades

• Own growth for the Discover marketplace and drive traffic, GMV, and transactions.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize acquisition and engagement.
• Build end-to-end lifecycle email programs for Discover and subscribers.
• Develop an SEO program to grow Discover's organic surface and partnerships.
• Support creator success by driving buyers and conversions on Discover.
• Create funnel and performance reporting to inform leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design to shape growth priorities.
