Job summary

Circle is hiring a Growth Lead for Discover, a fully remote role open to candidates in North American time zones. You will own growth for the Discover marketplace, drive traffic, optimize the funnel, and work with product, marketing, and data teams to scale GMV and engagement.

You will build lifecycle emails, run experiments, and shape growth strategy across circles. Excellent written and verbal English is essential in a highly async environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning revenue or GMV across multiple channels.
• Experience with email and lifecycle marketing from scratch.
• Experience acquiring email subscribers and growing their value.
• Hands-on operator capable of writing emails and building pages.
• Deep understanding of marketplaces and network effects.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Exceptional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own growth for the Discover marketplace and drive traffic, GMV, and transactions.
• Run experiments to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Build end-to-end lifecycle email programs for Discover.
• Develop SEO programs to increase organic surfaces and partnerships.
• Help creators succeed by driving buyers and optimizing conversions.
• Build funnel reporting and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, data, and design teams on growth strategy.
