Job summary

Viktor, the AI teammate, is building the analytics foundation in Warsaw. You’ll own the warehouse, pipelines, dashboards, and alerts, and you’ll report to the co-founders. You’ll join early with no data lead above you.

You’ll work on ClickHouse, Postgres, and Hex dashboards to power decisions about retention, pricing, and unit economics. A founder mindset and ownership are essential as you shape how the company answers business questions.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL with pragmatic approach to complex queries.
• Python for ETL and orchestration using dbt, Dagster, Airflow.
• Familiar with columnar warehouses (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Built BI layers from scratch (Hex, Metabase, Looker).
• Product mindset with proactive ownership and founder mentality.
• Willing to work in Munich or Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Own the ClickHouse warehouse end-to-end: schema, ingestion, backfills, performance.
• Build and maintain pipelines: Prod Postgres, Stripe, Slack, ad platforms.
• Run the BI layer: Hex dashboards for growth, finance, and product.
• Answer questions that move the business: retention, unit economics, pricing impact.
• Stand up monitoring and alerting; own metrics movement.
• Collaborate with co-founders and leaders; scope, prioritize, ship fast.
