Job summary

TitanX is seeking a Group IT Director to lead and evolve our global IT organization across TitanX. You will drive IT strategy, oversee Infrastructure & OT, Cyber Security, and plant-level IT support, and collaborate with Group CDO and operations leaders.

In this role you will strengthen IT/OT cohesion, manage budgets and vendor relations, and guide digital transformation across international manufacturing sites while building a high-performing global IT team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-site international IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of MES, OT, and PLC-based systems.
• Fluent English and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Group IT strategy and roadmap together with the Group CDO.
• Lead global IT org: Infrastructure, OT, Security & plant IT support.
• Ensure reliable IT operations across Infrastructure, networks, cloud.
• Develop the IT/OT landscape with MES, IIoT and PLCs.
• Own cybersecurity, IT risk, business continuity, DR and incident response.
• Manage the Group IT budget, investments, vendors and outsourcing partners.
• Partner with Operations on digitalization initiatives.
• Build and develop a strong global IT team.

We are looking for a Group IT Director to lead and further develop our global IT organization across TitanX.
This is a key leadership role combining IT strategy with the operational needs of an international manufacturing business. You will be responsible for Infrastructure & Business Services, Operational Technology (OT), Information & Cyber Security and plant-level IT support.
Working closely with the Group CDO, Operations and business leaders, you will shape the future IT landscape, strengthen IT/OT collaboration and ensure secure and reliable technology support across the Group.
The role offers significant impact and the opportunity to drive the further development and transformation of IT within TitanX.

Your responsibilities

• Define and execute the Group IT strategy and roadmap together with the Group CDO, balancing long-term development with the operational needs of our manufacturing plants.
• Lead and develop the global IT organization covering Infrastructure & Help Desk, Operational Technology, Information & Cyber Security and plant-level IT support.
• Ensure reliable and secure IT operations across the Group, including infrastructure, networks, cloud services and effective day-to-day support for manufacturing and business functions.
• Develop the IT/OT landscape, strengthening the connection between corporate IT and factory systems, including MES, Industrial IoT and PLC environments, while driving the roadmap for legacy systems.
• Own the Group's approach to cybersecurity, IT risk, business continuity, disaster recovery and incident response, including cooperation with external SOC/MDR providers.
• Manage the Group IT budget, investment portfolio and strategic vendor relationships, including outsourcing/MSP partnerships and contract negotiations.
• Partner with Operations and other business functions on digitalization initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization and transition of solutions between IT, OT and Operations.
• Act as a trusted IT partner for plant management, business leaders and Group Management, while building and developing a strong global IT team.

Our requirements

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant IT experience, including significant leadership responsibility in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience leading multi-site or international IT organizations and working in a cross-cultural environment. Collaboration with teams in India would be an advantage.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and Operational Technology (OT), including manufacturing environments such as MES, Industrial IoT and PLC-based systems.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT risk, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Experience managing IT budgets, investments, strategic vendors and outsourcing partners.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset and the ability to balance strategic development with operational reality.
• Fluent English.
