The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in converter control, hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink, real-time testing on HIL/CHIL platforms, and a strong foundation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in converter control, power electronics, or grid-integration engineering.
• Strong background in power electronics, grid-connected converters and renewable-energy integration.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink modelling, analysis and real-time testing.
• Familiarity with HIL/CHIL platforms for real-time testing.
• Knowledge of grid-forming and grid-following control concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop synchronization and PLL algorithms for grid-forming control.
• Advance weak-grid engineering and stability analyses.
• Integrate systems and provide cross-functional support across engineering teams.
