• 5+ years of experience in the Power Converter Industry
• Strong knowledge of grid-connected converter control design
• Experience in power electronics control and three-phase converters
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or PSCAD
• Knowledge of dynamic system modeling and controller design
• Understanding of DQ0, sequence, and phasor representations
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop control systems for grid-connected converters
• Perform dynamic system modeling, simulation, and validation
