Job summary

Flo Health Inc. seeks a graphic designer to create static and animated visuals for marketing campaigns, product experiences, and medical education, translating complex health topics into clear visuals.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, apply user research and A/B testing insights, and ensure accessibility and inclusive design while keeping up with design trends and AI tools.

Starting salary is 3400 EUR and the role offers hybrid work with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, digital/app context.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop; working knowledge of After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showing visual design across ads, apps, social.
• Experience collaborating with content, product, and growth teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication and storytelling, both visual and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Design static and animated graphics for campaigns, product experiences, and education.
• Collaborate with UA, product, content, medical, social teams to create assets.
• Translate complex health topics into digestible illustrations and infographics.
• Use research, experiments, and analytics to refine designs for effectiveness.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design in all output.
• Stay updated with design trends and AI tools.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Produce basic to mid-level animations/video edits.
