Job summary

Flohealth is seeking a graphic designer to craft visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, product experiences, and medical education. You will translate complex health topics into clear illustrations and infographics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply insights from research and A/B testing, ensure accessibility, and contribute basic animations. Hybrid work with remote options; starting salary from 3400 EUR.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with digital or app-based contexts.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop; working knowledge of After Effects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visually engaging designs across channels (ads, app, social).
• Understanding of design for impact — from A/B tested assets to inclusive UI/UX visuals.
• Experience collaborating with content, product, and growth teams in a high-velocity environment.
• Excellent English communication and storytelling skills, both visual and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling graphics across marketing campaigns, product experiences, and medical education.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visual assets that drive engagement and understanding.
• Translate complex health topics into easy-to-digest illustrations and infographics.
• Utilize insights from user research, experimentation, and analytics to refine design outputs for effectiveness.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design across outputs.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools (including AI), and health-communication innovations.
• Present creative concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Produce basic to mid level animations / video edits to complement static concepts.
