Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Poland is hiring for an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure demand is met efficiently. The role involves hands-on leadership, safety focus, and collaboration with engineers and other managers to optimise processes and performance.

You will monitor operations across shifts, drive productivity, and manage day-to-day tasks, including escalations and contingency planning, at one of our sites in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
