Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Process Consultant Finance RtR to join the Global Process Management team. You will act as the subject matter expert for RtR processes, shaping governance, design, and system translation across our ERP platforms.

You’ll support standardization and continual process improvement across OpCos. The role requires 3–5 years in RtR or similar, strong process design skills, and fluency in English; experience with BASE ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of working experience in a similar role / complex international environment / FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of RtR processes: GL postings, accruals, intercompany, period-end close, tax & treasury/cash.
  • Expertise in business process design and modelling techniques & tools.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Support the E2E Stream Lead in proactively managing the respective E2E process.
  • Validate the process designs and ensure standard processes and HEPM alignment.
  • Translate process standards into ERP solutions and support adoption across OpCos.
  • Propose redesigns to the Design Authority and draft new processes or advanced functionality.
  • Create/update procedures and manuals for work execution and training.

We are looking for a Process Consultant Finance – Record to Report (RtR) to join our Global Process Management (GPM) team within HEINEKEN. In this key role, you will support and continuously improve the end-to-end Record to Report (RtR) process across the HEINEKEN network. You’ll work closely with global functions, ERP teams, and OpCos to shape, govern, and optimize our finance processes, ensuring they are efficient, standardized, and future-ready.

As a Process Consultant Finance RtR, you will act as the subject matter expert for RtR processes, contributing to process design, governance, change management, and system translation into our ERP platforms. You’ll help maintain and expand the Global Template while supporting its adoption and implementation across our business.

Your Responsibilities Would Include
  • supporting the E2E Stream Lead in proactively manage the respective E2E process
  • validating the process designs
  • ensuring standard processes and HEPM are aligned
  • translating the process standards into solutions in the ERP’s
  • proposing to the Design Authority redesigns of existing processes based on the analysis of improvement opportunities and prioritization of identified solutions and designs of new processes and/or advanced functionality
  • creating and/or updating procedures and manuals that detail processes and can serve as a basis for work execution
  • facilitating process derogation and change requests
  • introducing and rolling out new functionalities and understand the implications on the current processes and on the business for OpCos in scope
  • guiding OpCos in scope to follow the standard process
  • ensuring process changes are modelled/updated in HEPM
  • processing performance and scope for OpCos in scope
  • evaluating if new capabilities have impact on the current Global template
  • setting up and maintaining regular contact with the Reference Groups (selected OpCos), to assess process improvement potential
  • managing major organizational projects that involve process improvement efforts within scope
  • proposing measurable PPI definitions & calculation
  • advising on PPI change requests
  • working with D&T to implement PPI’s in automated process performance dashboards for the relevant ERP platforms
  • driving CI in the PPI measurement
  • regularly reviewing PPIs to identify potential process improvement areas
  • ensuring process changes are properly implemented using the release management procedure
  • managing the change associated with capability implementations by identifying the needs and positions of all stakeholders, creating the sense of urgency, incorporating change management activities into programme plans to ensure stakeholders understand and support the change journe and addressing any cultural sensitivities.
You Are a Good Candidate If You Have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of working experience required in a similar role / a complex international environment / FMCG industry
  • strong knowledge of Record to Report processes, including: GL postings, accruals, SCOA master data BSAR, Fixed Assets accounting; intercompany transactions (e.g. Heimatch), Period End Close (closing steps CIL submission, CIL requirements), Tax & Treasury/Cash Management (bank accounting, cash management tax reporting)
  • expertise in business process design and modelling techniques and tools
  • ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • strong communication skills and ability to explain complicated subjects in clear and simple language
  • consultancy skills, being critical when needed
  • understanding the interaction between business processes and technology
  • fluent English.
