Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Work Placement & Migration Lead to strategically manage the placement and migration of work across Global Shared Services Centre locations, aligning with service delivery models and ensuring compliance.

Ideal candidates have 7-10 years in Transition Management, experience leading large projects (150+ FTE), and hold PRINCE2 or PMP certification. Strong stakeholder management, English communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Transition Management, Migrations & PM
• Experience leading large Transition Projects (150+ FTE)
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP is a must
• LEAN Six Sigma is preferred
• Experience working in a global business environment
• Excellent stakeholder management & teamwork
• Confident with senior management discussions
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• MS Office Suite proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Apply and enforce work placement principles consistently across all GSC locations
• Develop and execute location/site optimization strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor compliance with placement standards
• Lead migration of work based on service catalog and reduce fragmentation
• Make informed decisions on work placement balancing priorities and compliance
