Job summary

FairWind is seeking a Project Manager for North & Central Europe to lead international wind projects from planning to completion. You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality and HSE targets while coordinating multi-site teams and stakeholders.

You will manage budgets, client interfaces, and risks, ensuring delivery within contractual and financial constraints. A dynamic, international environment awaits with travel and on-site exposure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in wind energy, infra or construction.
• Experience leading international, multi-site projects with stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract execution skills.
• Excellent leadership and client-facing delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project execution concepts and overall planning with clients and internal teams.
• Own wind project delivery from planning to completion, meeting scope, schedule, budget, quality and HSE targets.
• Coordinate resources, subcontractors, tools and equipment across all phases.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost control and financial performance.
• Act as primary client interface, ensuring alignment on scope and progress and resolving issues.
• Handle risks, changes, delays and contractual matters to protect outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, contractual and legal requirements.
