Qualifications

• Several years in large industrial plant construction as Site Engineer, Site Manager, or Commissioning Supervisor.
• Proven experience in contract coordination and management.
• Business-fluent English with good German skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise erection concepts and site/service execution.
• Manage day-to-day operations and financial performance.
• Oversee workforce deployment and logistics management.
• Negotiate with suppliers and draft subcontractor contracts.
• Supervise HSE requirements and grow the department.
