Job summary

Jobtailor in Katowice is seeking an Export/Import Classification Specialist to handle daily transactional tasks and participate in departmental projects. You will determine accurate data for standard and Engineered to Order products, and assess eligibility for FTAs while supporting global programs and auditing classification data.

You will monitor shipments for missing data and ensure compliance with global procedures, with a focus on achieving monthly metrics and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Business, Operations, Logistics, and Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in classification and import/export compliance activities.
• English skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily transactional tasks and department projects as assigned.
• Determine accurate export/import classification data for standard and Engineered to Order (ETO) products.
• Conduct analysis whether products qualify for different FTAs.
• Support global Company program and projects, participate in global auditing of classification data.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for missing classification data.
• Ensure compliance with Rockwell Automation global procedures.
• Achieve results for monthly metrics.
