Hitachi Energy Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Global Technical Knowledge and Digitization Specialist to lead our global LMS initiatives.

You will architect our knowledge center, develop training content, and drive digitization initiatives across the organization in a manufacturing environment. You will manage Cornerstone LMS, create learning paths, and collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and global admins to ensure high quality, compliant training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in adult learning, training, and LMS in manufacturing/engineering/tech.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in technology, education, or organizational Mgmt.
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering an LMS, preferably Cornerstone.

Responsibilities

• Manage global LMS (Cornerstone) administration, course uploads, and analytics.
• Coach managers, admins, and trainers on digitization, VILT, online and ILT delivery.
• Create role- and skill-based learning paths, certifications, and content mapping.
• Develop global LMS curriculum, standards, asset reviews, and best practices.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional leaders to prioritize content needs.

You will coach managers, administrators, and trainers on the digitization and tracking of training, including Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), online learning, and Instructor-Led Training (ILT). You will assist in the creation of role- and skill-based learning paths, internal certifications, and content mapping.
