Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Technical Instructional Designer to support 12,000+ employees in the High Voltage Business Unit. You will design engaging technical content and courses, aligning with the learning vision to establish our inaugural Global HV Learning Center of Expertise.

Lead cross-functional collaboration, create learning objectives and assessments, and ensure compliance and quality. This role emphasizes micro-learning, scenario-based design, and adaptive learning approaches

Qualifications

• 10+ years in andragogy learning, training, and content management in manufacturing/engineering/tech.
• Experience in development and maintenance of high-stakes internal examinations.
• Advanced communication skills—written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Create content and courses for global onboarding and learning.
• Architect the Global HV Learning Center of Expertise.
• Develop objectives, assessments, stories, scenarios, and learning activities.
• Lead projects to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Maintain and update documentation for on-the-job training and hands-on learning.
