Hitachi Energy Poland is seeking a Global Technical Instructional Designer to build the first Global HV Learning Center of Expertise. You will craft role-based learning, assessments, and engaging content across formats, aligning with safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with global leaders and SME teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery while enhancing onboarding and proficiency through innovative micro-learning strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in adult learning and content management.
• Experience with micro-learning and role-based training design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect the Global HV Learning Center of Expertise.
• Create learning objectives, assessments, and certifications.
• Develop content: scripts, scenarios, videos, and activities.
• Analyze content analytics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead multi-project training initiatives to on‑time delivery.
