Job summary

Henkel Poland is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to combine deep tax expertise with business acumen and accounting knowledge to support Henkel's operations in Poland and contribute to strategic decisions.

You will serve as the main tax expert, ensuring compliance, monitoring regulatory changes, and coordinating tax reporting. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Business Teams on practical tax advice and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tax advisory, tax compliance, or corporate taxation.
• Big4 background is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Polish tax regulations (CIT, VAT, WHT, Transfer Pricing).
• Understanding of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience with tax authorities, audits, and external advisors.
• Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to explain complex tax topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main tax expert for Henkel Poland covering CIT, VAT, WHT, and TP.
• Ensure tax compliance and provide guidance on business transactions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact.
• Prepare and coordinate tax reporting and filings.
• Support business and transformation projects, including KSeF and digitization.
• Coordinate audits and act as main contact for authorities and auditors.
• Drive improvements of tax processes, controls, and governance.
