You will own the candidate journey, conduct structured interviews, and help refine workflows, employer branding, and sourcing strategies for a company serving millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment with 2+ years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments.
• Global sourcing experience from major tech hubs.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• High-trust, empowered to learn and impact processes.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage elite global talent from Tier 1 tech hubs.
• Implement an AI-first recruitment stack and use niche channels.
• Maintain relationships with passive talent for future needs.
• Own candidate journey from discovery call to close.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide concise summaries.
• Collaborate with founders to improve hiring workflows and branding.
