Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a Supply Base Compliance Specialist to transform complex supplier data into clear insights for the Product Stewardship Team and BD associates.

You will oversee ServiceNow requests, prioritize based on business needs, and drive workflow improvements while partnering with internal stakeholders to meet KPIs. Strong science background and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field (or at least 1 year of experience in a similar compliance, quality, or regulatory role).
• Advanced command of English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solving and team-player skills.
• Good analytical skills, including the ability to interpret master data structures as they relate to product manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI) and SAP or ERP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate ServiceNow workflow requests assigned to the Product Stewardship Team.
• Evaluate incoming requests, determine urgency, and prioritize the queue based on business and customer requirements.
• Review data quality and develop process automations to improve efficiency.
• Deliver timely, real‑time status updates to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross functionally to document, design, and roll out workflow improvements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to achieve and maintain KPIs.
