Job summary

BD in Poland is seeking a Supply Base Compliance Specialist to support the Product Stewardship team by turning supplier data into clear insights that drive business decisions.

You will oversee ServiceNow workflow requests, prioritize tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality and automate processes while tracking KPIs.

We value strong English, analytical mindset, and teamwork, with a background in chemistry or life sciences preferred.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field, or at least 1 year of experience in a similar compliance, quality, or regulatory role.
  • Advanced command of English language.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem solving and team-player skills.
  • Good analytical skills, including ability to interpret master data structures as they relate to product manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI - experience is a plus).
  • SAP or equivalent ERP working knowledge will be an additional asset.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Your Experience
