Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking a Supply Chain Head of Operations to lead a large-scale Supply Chain Hub, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth. You will manage end-to-end service delivery across planning and logistics, driving performance against objectives and transformation goals.

You will partner with senior client stakeholders, oversee governance and risk, develop talent, and guide strategic decisions to shape the future of the hub.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale operational teams.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and drive cost optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a large-scale Supply Chain Hub to meet objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders as trusted advisor.
• Drive service excellence by monitoring KPIs, SLAs, quality and productivity.
• Oversee financial performance including budget management and resource planning.
• Lead and inspire a large operating organization with a high-performance culture.
• Identify and execute transformation initiatives for improved service delivery.
• Ensure governance, risk, compliance, and information security across operations.
• Collaborate with Capgemini leadership to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
