Job summary

The British American Tobacco Group in Poland invites high‑potential graduates to join its 18‑month Global Graduate Programme. You will rotate across Supply Chain areas to understand end‑to‑end operations in a multinational setting, with mentoring and a strong leadership focus.

Expect hybrid work, international exposure, and a clear path to Junior Manager after successful completion, with potential international rotation opportunities within BAT.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated and/or up to 3 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Economics or similar
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and decision‑making skills
• Engineering mindset with a passion for solving complex operational challenges
• Strong intercultural competencies from international experiences
• Self‑motivation, willingness to take initiative and drive to succeed
• National and/or international mobility
• Proficiency in English & Polish (both written & spoken)

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Supply Chain functions to understand end-to-end operations.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and participate in leadership development activities.
