Procter & Gamble invites you to a 12-month Traineeship at our Warsaw plant. This paid program offers broad exposure to supply chain leadership, with onboarding and mentorship from senior leaders.

You will gain hands-on experience across planning, logistics and customer-focused initiatives in a multinational environment. The role emphasizes real responsibility from Day 1, with opportunities to transition into a permanent position.

Qualifikationen

• Business/Tech students in 3rd, 4th or 5th year or recent graduates.
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Able to collaborate across cultures and functions.

Aufgaben

• Own short- and long-term category demand planning across Central Europe using latest tech (Power BI, SAP).
• Lead supply chain innovation with new product launches in close collaboration with Brand Team.
• Collaborate with supply chain partners to create value and innovative solutions.
• Work with Sales to improve promotions and features planning.
• Drive E2E supply chain synchronization in a customer-centric way.
